At Incident Response Forum Masterclass 2023, Cybersecurity Docket will announce our “Incident Response 40” for 2023– our list of the 40 best and brightest Incident Response legal and compliance professionals in the industry. Specifically, our list will honor 40 incident response attorneys and compliance professionals who not only have the right stuff to manage a data breach response, but are also the kind of professionals critical to have on speed-dial when the inevitable data breach occurs.
Cybersecurity Docket created its inaugural list in 2016, and has updated the list annually since 2018. 2023 marks the seventh edition of this list of the best incident response lawyers in the business.
If you would like to nominate someone for the Incident Response 40, please let us know in 200 words or less why your nominee should be included in this extraordinary group.
There are three key requirements:
- Candidates for the Incident Response 40 must be in the private sector for at least the past two years.
- Candidates for the Incident Response 40 must have a practice that is dedicated primarily to data breach response work.
- Candidates for the Incident Response 40 must be attorneys (as opposed to accountants, consultants or other experts).
